WHAT DOES CASH BASED/ OUT OF NETWORK MEAN? +

  • Cash-based means that we are out of network with all insurance companies and do not directly bill through insurance.
  • However, you may be eligible for reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
  • Our patients pay us directly for each visit. This allows us to provide 60-minute 1-on-1 treatment sessions that are highly personalized and focused on patient goals without being dictated by insurance rules and regulations.

WHY CASH-BASED/OUT OF NETWORK? +

  • Insurance companies are continuing to reduce reimbursement rates and dictating how clinicians treat patients.
  • Due to this decline in reimbursement, many in-network clinics are forced to treat multiple patients at the same time and therefore lower their standards of care in order to make ends meet.
  • Patients are not able to receive the individualized care they need and oftentimes feel that their visits are rushed or of lower quality.
  • With an out-of-network practice, we are able to provide our patients with the highest quality care for all of our patients in 1-on-1 visits with our doctors, every visit.
  • The increase in quality results in patients getting better faster than traditional in-network clinics.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL? +

In the state of Tennessee, you can work with us for 90 days without a referral or prescription.

DO YOU ACCEPT FSA OR HSA? +

Yes!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY SESSION? +

  • All sessions are delivered 1-on-1 with the Doctor of Physical Therapy and last about 60 minutes. We are focused on delivering results in a timely manner through specialized treatment approaches and empowering you for a lifetime!
  • On your first physical therapy visit, you should wear comfortable clothing that you are able to move around in easily.
  • First, your therapist will spend time listening and understanding what symptoms you are having, your motivation behind wanting to feel better, and your goals.
  • Then, they will do a thorough examination looking at your range of motion, strength, flexibility, functional movements, and palpating the area that is bothering you.
  • Following this, your therapist will discuss what an appropriate plan of care will look like for you based on the examination and your goals.
